I am a writer, photographer, and traveller born in Medellín, Colombia, and I’ve been exploring the world with a camera for decades. Since graduating from Creative Writing at Brisbane’s Queensland University of Technology in Australia, remote work has made it possible for me to keep losing myself in both planned and unexpected adventures while capturing the places I visit and the people I meet with love, curiosity, and the innate desire to adapt to each of my new surroundings as I continue on my journey.

I strongly believe that celebrating our differences will bring us closer together, that diversity is our greatest strength, and that understanding other cultures and points of view are the most effective ways to open people’s minds and hearts. And that storytelling, whether through photography or writing, is the greatest tool we have to share the mundane and extraordinary characteristics that connect humans from completely different backgrounds.

My passion for different disciplines and storytelling tools have led me to participate in projects ranging from documentaries, short films, and journalistic reports to photography exhibitions in Colombia and New York City. My work has also been featured in magazines and websites.

I hope to create a colourful catalogue of images and stories from all the places I’ve visited as a testament to the natural and human beauty and diversity of our planet, and to have the opportunity to photograph more people and places in the years to come.

I’m currently working as a photographer in Medellín while reigniting my writing career.
