Six years after my first visit to the beautiful Slovakian capital, I went back for just a few days in autumn 2023.
I love the contrast of the old and the new in Bratislava, how classic architecture stands next to the remnants of the Soviet era, how history itself seems to breathe in its streets.
I travelled to Bratislava from Vienna and then visited Maribor in Slovenia. Below are some of my favourite photos from my time in Bratislava.
